How should I store my rosé wine upon arrival?
For optimal taste, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep the bottle refrigerated and consume within 3 to 5 days for the best flavor profile.
Do you require an ID for delivery?
Yes, in accordance with local laws, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for the delivery and provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
What happens if a bottle arrives broken?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the package. We will issue a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Where do you ship your wines?
We currently ship to most states within the US, excluding those with strict direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping restrictions. Please enter your zip code at checkout to verify eligibility.
Can I return wine if I don't like the taste?
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns based on personal taste preference. However, if the wine is corked or flawed, please reach out to us for a resolution.
