The Story
This is a bottle full of whimsy. Grasac, Tamjanika, Sauvignon Blanc give you a sense of what Serbia is capable of producing in a thoughtful, food-friendly wine that can open the doors to the Balkans. Light, but present on the palate, it's full of orchard fruit, fresh and candied, especially yellow apple and candied apricot. We can recommend nothing higher than the winemaker's own suggestions for pairing: river fish, like a rainbow trout with an orange beurre blanc and roasted radishes.
