We are SO EXCITED to have new wines in the shop from Tissot! This sparkling crémant is 100% Chardonnay. 'BBF' stands for 'Blanc de Blancs élevé en Fût', meaning it is made from all white grapes, aged in barrel. Disgorged in January of 2024, it spends 4 YEARS on the lees. Think... ripe pear, toasted brioche, sea salt, richly textured. Pop this with some Comté cheese or crispy fried chicken.
