Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot 'Les Graviers' Arbois Chardonnay, 2020 (3L)

We are delighted to celebrate the arrival of Tissot's single vineyard Chardonnay from the Jura, grown in limestone soil. The grapes are hand harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation before being aged in neutral barrels, with extended aging on the lees. The result is a truly gastronomic wine with bracing acidity and beautiful richness. White burg for the adventurous cat or kitten. You may pair it with anything from hearty fresh seafood or roasted game bird. Do it!!
