Brendel Cabernet Sauvignon 'Cooper's Reed' North Coast, 2021

This 100% Cabernet is from Heitz Cellar's second label, Brendel Wines. The grapes are sourced from the North Coast, and aged in reclaimed 60 year-old, 20,000 liter neutral oak barrels. This old-school approach truly preserves the lovely fruit from this elegant style of Cabernet, and would pair nicely with lamb burgers and grilled summer squash.
