This delicious 100% Verdejo is from 3 separate parcels: “Las Comas,” “El Chivitero,” and “Los Picones.” It is extremely juicy and refreshing, making for the perfect pairing with some conserva or fried garlic shrimp with crusty sourdough. The majority of the juice is fermented in stainless steel, and is aged on its lees for 8 months. The result is a refreshing, round wine with expressive aromatics.
