This wine is 59% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, and 6% Petit Verdot all from estate vineyards in Bordeaux. A deep, richly flavored red wine full of cassis, plum, black cherry, tobacco, oak, and licorice notes. Pair with a slab of beef or aged hard cheeses.
