This wine is made from 60% Sémillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are vinified separately, blended, and then aged on the lees for 8 to 10 months. The wine is very floral and citrusy, with soft honeyed notes coming from the oak-aged Sémillon. Great to pair with seafood appetizers, mushroom risotto, or baked white fish with lemon and butter.
