The land is worked completely by hand, and Cyriaque opts for natural fermentations in his wines. This bottling spends most of its time in stainless steel tank, with a small fraction of wine being aged in barrel. This is delicious, and will pair nicely with easygoing grilled meats, vegetables, or stews.
