This wine is made from Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a lighter style of Pomerol, with fresh jammy fruits and vibrant acidity. It has a youthful energy underneath the dark fruit and earthiness we come to expect from this appellation. We would pair it with lamb burgers and potato wedges with a sprinkle of flake salt and oregano.
