This wine is 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 1% Petit Verdot, and 1% Cabernet Franc from the Stags Leap District of Napa Valley. A luscious and nuanced Napa Cab, everything a big red lover could ever want. Blackberry, plum, leather and clove dance across the palette. Cellaring is recommended but with a thorough decanting this wine will pair well with Prime Rib, or braised leg of lamb.
