This wine is 100% Pinot Noir from a single vineyard in Burgundy. This is an old vine 'Lieu-dit' vineyard in Gevrey-Chambertin, and a great way to dive into site specificity in Burgundy. Aromas of blueberries, and raspberries. Medium-bodied and juicy, with a hint of baking spices on the finish. A perfect pairing with glazed salmon, or pork chops and roast potatoes.
