This wine is 100% Chardonnay from a single vineyard in Burgundy. A classic Meursault with rich flavors of apple, white flowers, flint, oak, pear, and citrus. Perfect for cellar aging, but after some air will pair perfectly with shellfish, grilled poultry, or aged cheeses.
