This wine is a blend of all 6 grapes allowed in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation: Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, Picpoul, Picardan, and Bourboulenc. Beaurenard takes pride in being completely biodynamic and employing regenerative farming practices. The grapes went through a long, gentle press to avoid over extracting the structure over gentle fruit and aromatics, and were aged in stainless steel and oak for 6 months. Pair this with a pan seared halibut filet with capers, meyer lemon, tomato preserves & brown butter. Bonus points if you can guess which restaurant's menu I took this from...
