Domaine Dupasquier Roussette de Savoie Altesse, 2017

This wine is made from 100% Altesse, known locally as Roussette. The wine is aged for almost a year in barrel on its lees before release, contributing a pleasant richness to an already mouthwatering, acidic sip reminiscent of fresh kiwi, ripe white peach pear, and honey. Pair this with a variety of Alpine-style cheeses, like Raclette, Tomme de Savoie, and Brabander, or with pork sausage spiced with a touch of nutmeg.
