This wine is 100% Pinot Noir from a single parcel in Burgundy. An astounding bottling of old vine Pinot Noir planted in the first half of the 20th Century. This is a robust bottle of wine, pouring over with pomegranate, tart cherry, and earth notes. The richness of this wine will benefit from aging, if opened now, pair with steak tartare, or a rich veal stew.
