This wine is made of 100% Chardonnay. It is an exceptional wine, reminiscent of the finest white wines Burgundy has to offer. A delicately chiseled wine with light floral aromatics and bright citrus fruits, that shine above a delicate acidity. We would enjoy this with a roast chicken with herbed potatoes and leeks, and you can use the leftovers to pair the wine with a creamy chicken pot pie!
