Domaine Remi Jobard 'Vignes Rondes' Monthelie 1er Cru Rouge, 2020

This wine is 100% Pinot Noir from a single vineyard in the Cotes de Beaune. This block of 'Les Vignes-Rondes' is densely planted old vines that produce rich and concentrated Pinot Noir's, full of tart red cherry's, garrigue, and some backing spice. Ideal pairing would be crispy roast goose or venison steak with caramelized onions.
