Domaine Sylvain Pataille 'En Clemengeots' Marsannay Rouge, 2020

This wine is 100% Pinot Noir from a single parcel of mostly old vines planted in Burgundy. An up and coming producer making a fantastic wine loaded with cherry, raspberry, mushroom, leather, and oak. After a few years of bottle age this wine will soar when paired with duck breast, chicken breast, and stews.
