The Story
This wine is made from 1/3 Carignan, 1/3 Grenache, and 1/3 Syrah. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in cement vats. Vatting times are fairly brief which favours red-berry notes and a pleasant roundness. It is a fruity, smooth and easy-drinking wine, perfect with Catalan charcuterie and grilled meat.
