Dr. Bürklin-Wolf Rouge Pfalz, N/V

This rare German red blend is comprised of Dornfelder, Pinot Noir, and Acolon grown across various estate sites of clay, limestone, loam and sand. It is aged for one year in large, old oak casks. The terroir is ever present in the subtle flintiness on the nose, supported by light tannin and a hint of plum on the palate. Sip this with your Portobello burger fresh off the grill and a side of arugula with a squeeze of lemon juice, and the GOOD olive oil.
