The Story

(This Direct Import Offer is a Presale; these wines will inbound to us in November for your pickup/delivery/shipment. Our Staff will alert you when your order is ready. The wine pictured is a previous vintage for visual reference purposes.)

This wine is known for its unique and indulgent palete, perfect for the dinner table. With a hint of dark fruit and spice, this wine also boasts a delicate mineral note ready to be drunk tonight or cellared for many years. Enjoy with mushroom risotto and grilled pork chops.

The Gramolere vineyard is situated in Monforte d’Alba, within Piedmont’s Barolo zone. Set on steep slopes facing south–southwest, with elevations ranging between approximately 350–450 m above sea level, the site benefits from optimal sun exposure balanced by cooling breezes. Rich in calcareous clay, sand, limestone, and even fossil content in places—this mix imparts both finesse and structure to wines from the site.
