Heiwa Shuzou 'KID' Tokubetsu Junmai Omachi Sake

This delicate sake is made from Omachi rice, milled to 50%. A very delicate nose of citrus, pear blossom, and raspberry is doubled down on the palate, with the added umami backbone. It is incredibly balanced, drinkable, and classic. Pair it with fish yakitori, or linguine and clams.
