Henri Prudhon 'Les Chambres' Chassagne-Montrachet Rouge, 2021

This wine is 100% Pinot Noir from a small parcel of old vines in Burgundy. An assertive style of Pinot, with plenty of tension, notes of raspberry, cherry, leather, earth, and a hint of spice. Cellaring will draw out more nuance from this wine, and it will pair well with grilled meats, steak, and roast chicken and potatoes.
