The Story
Bird Post is made with a significant charge of freshly harvested and dried whole cone hops from Smokedown Farm (Sharon, CT) in the kettle and dry hopped with a selection of the finest pellets from this year’s crop. The goal is to create a beer that has unadulterated layers of hop character exposing the nuance of what our local growers have to offer. Ripe with citrus, tea, and spice.
