This wine is made of 50% Macabeu (Viura) and 50% Grenache Gris (mutation of Grenache). Farming is all organic and grapes are hand harvested. The juice for both grapes are blended at pressing, and rests for one night, chilled, on heavy lees before being transfered to fiber tanks on very fine lees. Minimal sulfur added. It is then aged for 6 months before bottling. Flavors of fresh pear and lemon, and a slightly viscous texture make for a delicious and refreshing wine, perfect to pair with steamed mussels and fries.
