This wine is made of 95% Grolleau Gris and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is a sweeter rosé with loads of fruit and aromatics due to carbonic maceration. Flavor notes of crushed strawberries, apricots, and nutmeg make for a complex but refreshing sip every time. Rosé d'un Jour or, "One day rosé" is a play on Rosé d'Anjou, the classified off-dry rose of the area. The estate has been farming biodynamically since it began in 1990, and uses minimal sulfites naturally mined from an active volcano.
