This wine is classically 100% Chardonnay. Lip-smackingly zingy and interesting aromatics of citrus zest and toasted nuts. This wine's palate is driven by its chalky calcareous soil and is minerally, laser sharp, and very refreshing. We would enjoy this with a chicken caesar salad...don't skip the anchovies!
