This wine is a blend of Bical, Cercial, and Sercialinho. Like many Portuguese white wines we have come to love, Pato's Vinhas Velhas has an abundance of savory salinity to go along with mouthwatering citrus notes like preserved lemon. Pair it with anchovies and capers on toast, or Bacalhau, Portuguese cod fritters with potatoes, olive oil, eggs, onions and parsley.
