This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir. It is a blend of Pinot grapes from three separate climates in Molesme, and is incredibly dry, with only 3g/L of residual sugar. The vineyards are in some of the most northern corners of Burgundy and have been known to make exceptional crémant for decades. Enjoy it with oysters or the triple créme cheese Brillat-Savarin and some petits toasts.
