This wine is made of 100% Grüner Veltliner, and sits on Riesling grape skins for 12 days, for a classic orange wine. We would pair it with a nutty and creamy Chicken or Lamb Korma. The Riesling brings a freshness with subtle earthy notes to the bright and fresh Grüner. The juice is then aged for four months, two-thirds of it in stainless steel and the other third in used French oak barrels. Very minimal sulfites added, unfined and unfiltered.
