Mas des Capitelles 'Vieilles Vignes' Faugeres Rouge, 2020

This wine is 50% Mourvedre, 25% Carignan, and 25% Syrah from the Languedoc. A gastronomic, medium bodied red, with slight tannins and plenty of flavors of blackberry, cassis, cherry, and a touch of oak. A perfect pairing for rich pasta dishes, beef, or stews.
