Inspired by bitter Italian aperitifs that are meant to be savored. A bouquet of citrus emanating not from oranges cultivated in the south but from Estate grown Nordic fruit: sea buckthorn, camerise, barberry, and macerated absinthe combine to embody the very essence of Charlevoix, Quebec. A perfect balance of acidity and sweetness and spice.
