This wine is made of 100% Gamay from the Beaujolais appellation Moulin-à-Vent, where the wines are known for their noble aromatic presence. This wine represents everything Domaine Paul Janin has stood for. Paul's grandfather first purchased vines in the locality of Le Tremblay. The wine takes grapes from other localities nowadays, but serves as a reminder of the domaine's roots. Perfectly paired with chicken and duck, this wine is fully vinified but not too serious to take a light chill.
