This wine represents everything Domaine Paul Janin has stood for. Paul's grandfather first purchased vines in the locality of Le Tremblay. The wine takes grapes from other localities nowadays, but serves as a reminder of the domaine's roots. Perfectly paired with chicken and duck, this wine is fully vinified but not too serious to take a light chill.
