- Ripe papaya and sugarcane on the nose combine with notes of celery root and dried oregano; a rich palate of malted milk chocolate balls, celery soda, and birch sap leads to an oily, lingering finish of dark roast coffee and celery salt
- No added coloring
- Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 59.5% ABV
