• Distilled September 2010 and bottled July 2024
• 169 bottles produced
• Ripe papaya and sugarcane on the nose combine with notes of celery root and dried oregano; a rich palate of malted milk chocolate balls, celery soda, and birch sap leads to an oily, lingering finish of dark roast coffee and celery salt
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 59.5% ABV

This Speyside distillery contributes a nutty and spicy whisky to the blends of its parent company, Diageo, and is rarely seen alone outside of savvy independent bottlings. This cask marries the green-herb savor and maltiness of the Auchroisk house style with the ripe fruit and funk of a Jamaican rum barrel, creating a spirit that will evolve enticingly in the glass with a touch of water.
