The Story
Burgundian origins bring some very serious winemaking to the Willamette Valley. Anne Sery, whose family owns vineyards in the CĂ´te de Nuits, brings her experience making Pinot Noir with her own family and greats like Domaine Hubert Lignier State-side, gifting us some beautifully creative twists on typical Oregon. Her Trousseau is an excellent demonstration of her eye for potential, drawing out brilliant, ripe red fruit, fresh herbs, and a subtle spice from an underrepresented varietal. We recommend pairing this with grilled chicken and a greek salad.
