Elegant and expressive on the nose showing classic Nebbiolo aromatics: of fresh red cherries, wild strawberries, and raspberries, hints of rose petals, violet, and subtle licorice, and a touch of earthiness, dried herbs, and light tar Well-balanced between floral lift and savory depth. Medium-bodied on the palate with a linear, refined structure: red berry-driven, with notes of cranberry and pomegranate. Firm but fine-grained tannins, youthful and slightly grippy, promising development with bright and refreshing acidity, giving great lift and length. Pair with grilled sausages and baked stuffed mushrooms.
