Black's Station Chardonnay Yolo County, 2023

This wine is made from 96% Chardonnay, and 4% Verdejo. It delightfully aromatic with a mouthful of peach, honeydew, vanilla bean, and mango flavors. There is a light touch of oak but it does not overpower the wine's natural freshness. We would pair it with chicken lo mein or pork wontons.
