The Story
This wine is made of 100% Grenache Gris, the pink-skinned cousin of Grenache Blanc. Pair it with fried halibut tacos, and a mild rich salsa. 'Gris Granit' shines in the glass in a transparent, bright red with beautiful scents of red wild berries. Raspberries, cranberries and pomegranate shine on the palate. The tannin is noticeable but fine, combined with an energetic acidity that bursts on the tongue. Lots of granite minerality on the finish. Very easy to drink.
