This wine is made of 100% Muscat Petit Grain. Slightly off-dry, and aromatically similar to its ancestor Muscat, the wine is super refreshing and texturally unique. A true orange wine with 10 days of skin contact, and aged in large stone vessels called 'jarre de grés'. We would pair this with a spicy yellowtail roll and spicy kani salad from your favorite sushi spot.
