This Champagne is a blend of 80% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, with the 2016, 2017, and 2018 vintages serving as the base wine. It sees five years on its lees, two more than is legally required for a vintage champagne. With 7g/L of dosage, and being mostly Meunier, this wine comes out floral and fruity with a wild red berry and herb flavor profile. It finishes extremely fresh after its delicious, chewy palate, and would pair really well with grilled pork chops, or blackened snapper with braised white beans with escarole.
