The property was purchased by the city of Dijon, and entrusted in the hands of Marc Soyard, to revive around 8 hectares of grapes that once made wines rivaling those of Gevrey-Chambertin or Chambolle-Musigny. All of the vineyards are farmed organically, and the wines made to reflect the vintage. Marc and the domaine are the only producer allowed to classify their wines as Coteaux de Dijon and this deliciously juicy but seriously layered Pinot Noir stands proud for the land it represents.
