This wine is made of 100% Melon de Bourgogne. It is a cuvée 50% of which fall within the Muscadet Sèvre & Maine appellation and 50% within the Crus. Organically farmed and super delicious. We receive this treasure to pair with oysters, goat cheese omelets, and grilled fish but once each year...when it's gone it's gone.
