This wine is made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc. We would enjoy it with Mussels steamed in white wine, preferrably this one, with crispy shoestring fries. Touraine is a large appellation in the Loire Valley, sitting halfway between Sancerre and Nantes, which is home to Muscadet. This is an incredible value Sauvignon Blanc, where you experience the sharp citrus and minerality of a Sancerre, for half the price. Every sip is bright lemon, green apple, flint, and refreshing.
