This wine is made of 50% young-vine Nebbiolo, 40% Croatina (aka Bonarda) (70-year-old maggiorina vines), and 10% Vespolina. With a rounded texture, smooth flavors of stewed red fruit and elegant tannins, this wine would go perfectly with a leaner steak, a rich mushroom risotto, or veal dish with a red wine based sauce. Originally an architect, winemaker Andrea Mosca acquired 3 hectares in the Bramaterra region of Piedmont and began the NOAH project, named after his newborn son. Since 2011, he hasn't looked back.
