The Story
This wine is made of 100% Primitivo (Zinfandel). A much lighter version of Primitivo, the "Teres" is held in contact with its skins for only 30 hours, producing a wine straddling the line between red and rosé. Due to its lightness, this wine will do well with a slight chill and fun appetizers including fresh salads, fried vegetables, shellfish, hard cheeses, and of course, pizza.
