It’s minimal skin contact maceration means “Charmes” is simple, bright, and acidic. This wine is nice and easy and can be gulped without any need for sophistication or extensive contemplation, which is why we love summer wines in the first place. Pair with some swordfish off the grill or spicy chicken wings.
