This wine is predominantly Zweigelt co-fermented with a small amount of Sauvignon Blanc from Austria. Crisp, gulpable, and refreshing, full of tart cherry, raspberry, earth, and white pepper. Pair with grilled red meat, aged cheeses, or charcuterie.
