This wine is 100% Sangiovese from estate vineyards. TÏN expresses with great clarity its territory of origin. It is quite literally declassified Chianti. The fermentation, the maceration of about 10 months and the aging in clay amphora emphasize it’s original features. Plenty of orange zest and red fruit on the palette as well as some forest floor and mineral acidity. A flawless pairing with chicken saltimbocca or spicy rigatoni with pork sugo.
