Predominantly Meunier with a small portion of Pinot Noir (base of L’Or d’Eugène with a red wine addition). Pale salmon-pink with copper glints. Fine, persistent mousse. A vibrant nose that is lifted, showing wild strawberry, blood orange, red apple skin, and crushed raspberry, with underlying tones of brioche, rose petals, and a flinty minerality. The palate is crisp and energetic with a laser-focused acidity. Red fruit carries through—cranberry, pomegranate, and sour cherry—balanced by savory autolytic notes of toasted hazelnut and fresh bread dough. A chalky minerality and saline edge lend structure and finesse. The finish is bone-dry, refreshing, and mouthwatering. Elegant, terroir-driven rosé with depth and minimal dosage (Extra Brut), showing great clarity and textural nuance.
